Partners in Settlement & Integration: Yorkton

Partners in Settlement & Integration is an immigration support program
for newcomers in the Yorkton region.

Canadian immigrants have increased the region’s diversity, enriched the culture and in addition made many other significant contributions to the East Central region. Partners in Settlement and Integration would like to recognize these contributions and celebrate the inspiring stories.

The inaugural Immigrants of Distinction Awards will be hosted in Yorkton on November 15, 2014.  For more information and forms

The Partners in Settlement & Integration program has made a difference to Mario Guerra.

Mario Guerra arrived in the Yorkton region three years ago from the Phillipines. He was grateful to have the support of the immigration program to help him adjust to life in a new country.

“As a newcomer, there are many challenges to overcome. The support services I receive are a big help to me.”
