SLYP-Out (Social Leisure Youth Program)
SLYP-Out brings together youth with physical disabilities for friendship, fun, and learning.
SLYP-Out is a recreational program offered by the Regina & Saskatoon Branches for youth with a physical disability. It is a flexible program that is developed around the interests and needs of registered participants to provide them with leisure and physical activities within the community.
Going to the movies, attending community events, and playing mini golf are a few of the activities past participants have enjoyed.
SLYP-Out offers seasonal sessions with activities taking place in the evenings. Participants are responsible for costs such as admission fees and snacks.
Volunteers are essential to the success of this program. Join our SLYP-Out team and be a part of providing recreational opportunities for youth with disabilities.
