a Life Skills sessionLife Skills

What's the appropriate way to greet a customer? How do you approach your supervisor if you have a problem on the job? These are the sort of questions we address in the Council's Life Skills program.

Life skills training allows you to develop those talents you need to work effectively and interact comfortably with other people. This can be on the job, in the lunch room, or out in the wider world.

The program puts you into real or simulated situations so you can learn and practice these skills for day-to-day living.
