Life Enrichment
A lot of living happens outside our 9 to 5 work days.
It's the time we get to kick back, relax, and do what we want to
do.
Things like going to a restaurant or out for a game
of billiards or bowling are more than recreation: they keep stress
under control, and make life a lot more enjoyable. But they can
be complicated to do if you live with a disability.
Our Life Enrichment program is aimed at helping adults
with disabilities enjoy their leisure time. It may be help getting
in or out of a restaurant or movie theatre, or providing support
during a nature walk.
For adults with disabilities, Life Enrichment also
can offer another way to practice social skills and build independence.
