Case Management Services

Case management services provide a network of quality Vocational Rehabilitation, Case Management Services, Transitional and Graduated Return to Work planning/coordination, and Work Hardening facilities. These services are commonly used by the group insurance industry, clinical rehabilitation providers, lawyers, employers and employee groups. We meet the needs of our customers and clients through objective, professional and timely service.

Typically, our clients have acquired a disability, either permanent or temporary, that has affected their ability to work. Many clients are able to return to their previous employment, while some return to new positions or careers. We operate from a belief in the capacity of individuals to overcome injury and illness and return to employment and leisure activities.

Our services are comprehensive and flexible; they include traditional vocational rehabilitation, assessment, file review, transferable skills analysis, job search, labour market research, return to work planning, treatment coordination and monitoring, situational work assessments and work hardening, and case management. We are able to access the extensive resources of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council, in addition to its medical partners. We pride ourselves on developing appropriate and creative solutions to our customers' needs, while understanding the requirement to be timely and cost effective.

Our consultants are members of the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (CARP) and adhere to the CARP Code of Ethics.
