Volunteers are a valuable resource to many areas of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council. Our clients and staff members benefit from the enthusiasm, knowledge, and Reasons to volunteer with the Council:
A Volunteer's Story: Volunteer Pat Lauinger has been instrumental in the success of the Life Enrichment Program at the Saskatoon Branch. Pat was recently honoured for her outstanding, long-term commitment to the Saskatchewan Abilities Council with a Volunteer of Distinction Award from the Saskatchewan Association of Rehabilitation Centres. Volunteer opportunites include: Camp Easter Seal, Summer Fun, Life Enrichment, and SLYP-Out. The Council also recruits volunteers for our fund raising events.
