Life Enrichment brings together adults with physical disabilities for community connection, personal growth, and recreational opportunities.
Life Enrichment is offered to adults 18 and over with physical disabilities. It is a flexible program that is developed around the interests and needs of registered participants to provide them with leisure and physical activities within the community.
Participants are grouped according to age and interest. Groups get together every other week for an activity. Participants are responsible for costs such as admission fees and snacks.
Life Enrichment is offered at each of the branches of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council. Programs will vary among the branches.

Volunteers strengthen the Life Enrichment Program. The support of volunteers allows program options to be enhanced and ensures each participant takes part and enjoys all activities.
