Quality of Life Centres

The Quality of Life Centres offer a day program for adults with disabilities that provides opportunities for community connection, personal development, and recreational activities.

Quality of Life Centres currently operate at the Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton branches. The program curriculum is created to offer meaningful opportunities within the community and to develop skills that enhance the quality of life for each client.

Community Connection:

  • Attend community events
  • Provide volunteer services to the community

Personal Development:

  • Life skills are enhanced through activities such as baking/cooking, crafts, memory games, gardening/yard work
  • Communication skills through peer interaction and social outings

Recreational Activities:

  • Bowling
  • Picnics in the park
  • Tours
  • Swimming

Specialty Programs (Swift Current):

  • Zumba
  • Drumming
  • Music therapy
