Camp Easter Seal welcomes children and adults with varied disabilities including those with high medical needs. The camp is open from June through August and offers ten camping sessions ranging from five to seven days each.

The Camp Easter Seal camper application is available to submit online. It will be saved electronically which means applicants can access their information at any time, update it, and re-apply to camp in subsequent years.

Things to remember when completing your application:

• Refer to the Camper Application Cover Letter
• Ensure you complete every part of the application form
• The signature of the designated emergency contact person is required
• The signature of the camper’s physician may be required (details on application form)
